Abstrak

Unproductive time is a time that occurs but is not expected during ongoing operational activities which will have an impact on reducing productivity and production and the amount of wasted fuel, especially for big fleets which is a priority because the capacity and use of fuel are quite large, when big fleets are If not managed properly, it will cause loss of fuel and production as well as productivity that is not optimal in stripping overburden, fuel costs are the largest unit fuel in mining operations, so special attention is needed for the use of fuel in mining activities, one of which is the use of a fleet management system that already has a level high detailed data from every tool movement in the field. The problem that still occurs today is still high unproductive time which makes the engine run in a non-production state, this causes a waste of fuel consumption. Based on the available data, the greatest unproductive time is the hanging time, where the average time for each cycle of hanging time is 0.61 minutes/ride or 16% of the total hourmeter, which means that 16% of fuel is wasted. in this reduction must be based on the achievement of the tool by entering the hanging time parameter in each cycle in calculating productivity, match factor and the number of trucks used. The company has different productivity targets for each material. the fuel ratio resulting from fuel calculations and actual production is 0.25 liters/hour, in reducing the fuel ratio to 0.25 liters/hour so that it is close to standard 0.20, namely recommendations for maximum hanging for each material, followed by improvements to fleet settings in achieving match factor close to 1. after recommendation of maximum hanging time/material for each fleet and optimizing improvement of fleet settings, average blasting material productivity reaches 1,505 BCM/hour, non-blasting material average reaches 1,007 BCM/hour, and average redsite material reaching 1,152 BCM/hour. So the increase in the match factor resulting from optimization increased to 0.96 from the actual 0.76 and the average fuel ratio after optimization increased to 0.21 liters/hour from the actual 0.25 liters/hour. so that the utilization of the equipment owned and the use of the fleet management system is maximized
