Mitigasi Resiko Kerusakan Pada Engine Underground LHD Berdasarkan Metode Oil Analysis di Tambang Bawah Tanah Grasberg Block Caving (GBC) PT. Freeport Indonesia
Abstract
Underground LHD merupakan sebuah unit yang digunakan pada tambang bawah tanah pada perusahaan PT. Freeport Indonesia, pada unit tersebut memiliki komponen terpenting yaitu engine untuk menghasilkan tenaga. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada engine dapat terjadi pada beberapa komponen seperti Oil Filter, Valve Train, Air Cleaner, Oil Cooler, Oil Pump, Thrust Washers, Liner Silinder, Transfer Pump, Air Filter yang timbul akibat adanya kontaminasi dari luar ataupun dari dalam kompartemen mesin itu sendiri serta berbagai faktor lainnya seperti tekanan yang diberikan atau benturan dari luar. Tujuan pada mitigasi ini untuk menurunkan angka resiko kegagalan pada engine underground LHD sehingga didapatkan tindakan-tindakan perawatan yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menurunkan angka resiko kerusakan yaitu metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Sebagaimana tindakan mitigasi yang diberikan maka akan menunjukan bahwa komponen dengan RPN tinggi dapat diturunkan. Tindakan mitigasi serta usulan perawatan yang diberikan meliputi interval jarak waktu pemantauan kondisi serta pengambilan sampel oli guna dilakukan analisis dengan peralatan oil analysis, guna tercapainnya tujuan proactive maintenance dan condition monitoring serta dapat mengklasifikasikan indikasi kerusakan atau penyebab kerusakan berdasarkan hasil sampel oli engine underground LHD jenis caterpillar R1700K. sehingga kegagalan yang dapat terjadi secara berulang pada saat operasional produksi pada underground LHD dapat dicegah lebih awal
