Abstract

The purpose of this project is study the performance of vortex tube with the experiment analysis.the study is being tested in some variation conditions. As the pressure of air changes from 30,40,50 and 60psi and of different. Based from the experiment reasearchers found that the affecting factor of the vortex tube performance are the pressure of inlet air, the number of lines of nozzle ,and the angel of control valve. Using high pressure of inlet air the temperature at hot end will increase and decrease the temperature cool air in the cool end. According to the experiment found that by changing the inlet pressure. The result off the temperature is 13,86°C and the hottest air of 21,41°C using tipe Counter Flow . the tipe Uni Flow the best performance at 50 psi  the temperature of different cold and hottest Outlet 2.8°C
