PERENCANAAN PENGEMBANGAN ASET FASILITAS HUTAN KOTA PATRIOT BINA BANGSA BEKASI BERDASARKAN PLACEMAKING
Abstract
Bekasi City Forest is one of the Green Open Space (RTH) with an area of 42,673 m2. In the Patriot Bina Bangsa Bekasi City Forest, the available facility assets are of poor quality. The development of facility assets is carried out based on the concept of Placemaking based on the criteria of Access and Linkages, Comfort and Image, Uses and Activities, and Sociability. The purpose of this project is to produce a plan for the development of facility assets and the amount of cost estimates. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. This project resulted in a design based on Access and Linkages criteria covering a pedestrian path with an area of 1040 m2 and a parking area with an area of 587.08 m2. Comfort and Image plan by providing 49.5 m2 prayer room, 71.58 m2 toilet, 26 units of park benches, 26 units of trash cans, 52 units of garden lights, 4 m2 guard post and 4 units of CCTV. Criteria Uses and Activities is planned children's playroom with 3 units of seesaw facilities, 2 units of swings, and 1 set of children's playground. The sports room is planned with 500 m2 jogging track facilities, outdoor fitness, and 420 m2 basketball court. And a recreation room is planned paintball facility measuring 50 x 20 m. Meanwhile, as a criterion for Sociability, an amphitheater facility with an area of 225 m2 is planned. The estimated cost of demolition, construction, and procurement costs if realized in 2023 is IDR 5,538,640,885.
