Identifikasi Elemen Kota Tangguh dalam Kebijakan Pembangunan dan Tata Ruang Kota Semarang
Abstrak
The more popular mainstreaming of resilience in the context of sustainable urban development, a governance that is able to adapt to environmental changes due to the impact of disasters and climate change is needed. Referring to the New Ten Essentials for Making Cities Disater Resilient UNISDR, this study aims to identify disaster resilient cities from a policy perspective. This study will identify the elements of a resilient city in the development and spatial planning policies of the city of Semarang as a city in Indonesia that has been designated as 100 Resilient Cities. The method used in this research is literature review on policies. The results of this study are The New Ten Essentials that most dominate the policy, there are three criteria, namely Pursue resilient urban development and design, Safeguard natural buffers to enhance the protective functions offered by natural ecosystems and Increase infrastructure resilience.Keywords: Resilient City, Governance, Policy, The New Ten Essential, UNISDR.
