KAJIAN TEKNIS STRATEGI PENEMPATAN TRUCK PADA LOADING POINT AKTIF BERDASARKAN PEMBAGIAN ZONA DI LEVEL TRUCK HAULAGE TAMBANG BAWAH TANAH DEEP ORE ZONE (DOZ)

PT Freeport Indonesia menerapkan dua sistem penambangan dalam melakukan kegiatannya yaitu sistem tambang terbuka dan sistem tambang bawah tanah yang terletak di Pegunungan Jayawijaya, Kabupaten Mimika, Provinsi Papua, Indonesia. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada saat melakukan kegiatan pengangkutan yaitu ukuran material yang berbeda-beda pada setiap drawpoint dan kadar air yang berbeda- beda menyebabkan pada level truck haulage dibagi menjadi 4 zona yaitu south 1, south 2, west 1, west 2. Dari hasil penelitian di lapangan maka diperoleh cycle time rata-rata truk pada setiap zona yaitu south 1 (17,9 menit), south 2 (11,9 menit), west 1 (17,5), west 2 (13,7 menit) dan produktivitas truk pada setiap zona yaitu south 1 PA 90% (105 ton/jam), PA 91% (106 ton/jam), PA 92% (107 ton/jam), PA 93% (109 ton/jam), PA 94% (110 ton/jam), PA 95% (111 ton/jam). South 2 PA 90% (158 ton/jam), PA 91% (160 ton/jam), PA 92% (162 ton/jam), PA 93% (163 ton/jam), PA 94% (165 ton/jam), PA 95% (167 ton/jam). West 1 PA 90% (108 ton/jam), PA 91% (109 ton/jam), PA 92% (110 ton/jam), PA 93% (111 ton/jam), PA 94% (112 ton/jam), PA 95% (113 ton/jam). West 2 PA 90% (137 ton/jam), PA 91% (139 ton/jam), PA 92% (140 ton/jam), PA 93% (142 ton/jam), PA 94% (143 ton/jam), PA 95% (145 ton/jam). Jumlah minimum truk pada setiap zona yaitu South 1 (7 truk), south 2 (4 truk), west 1 (4 truk), west 2 (5 truk).
