IMPLEMENTASI DAN KEBERHASILAN PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)
Abstract
ABSTRAK
PT Geo Dipa Energi (PT GDE) merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang sumberdaya energi, dengan memanfaatkan energi panas bumi (geothermal) menjadi energi listrik, atau dikenal dengan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP). Berstatus sebagai Perusahaan BUMN sejak Desember 2011, 60% saham Perusahaan dipegang oleh PT Pertamina dan 30% saham dipegang PT PLN. PT GDE memiliki dua lokasi operasional, yaitu di Patuha, Jawa Barat dengan proyek listrik 30 MW dan di Dieng, Jawa Tengah dengan proyek listrik 60 MW. Untuk penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu di PLTP Unit 1 Dieng, Jawa Tengah untuk realisasi CSR periode tahun 2014.Selaku Perusahaan, tentu akan berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, PT. Geo Dipa Energi melakukan program seperti : penyerapan tenaga kerja, Program penghijauan, bidang kesehatan, bidang Pendidikan, bidang ekonomi, Pariwisata, Infrastruktur, Kebudayaan dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan penelitian yang dilakukan, saran yang diberikan untuk PT. Geo Dipa Energi dalam implementasi Program Community development, sebagai bahan pertimbangan Perusahaan dalam perbaikan pelaksanaan Program Comdev untuk periode yang akan datang, yaitu :
- PT Geo Dipa Energi perlu staff khusus yang menangani permasalahan CSR
- Kebijakan kerjasama dengan vendor supaya lebih diperhatikan dan diperketat
- PT Geo Dipa Energi tidak hanya berkomunikasi dengan Perangkat Desa saja dalam program Comdev, tetapi juga dengan
- Dalam realisasi suatu program, PT Geo Dipa Energi supaya terbuka mengenai rincian biaya yang dikeluarkan
- Berkaitan dengan masalah penyerapan tenaga kerja, Perusahaan harus memiliki keterbukaan yang tinggi.
- Comdev yang berkaitan dengan penghijauan harus dilaksanakan dibawah kerja sama dengan Pemerintah melalui Dinas terkait, supaya pemeliharaan dan keberhasilan bisa

ABSTRACK
PT Geo Dipa Energi (PT GDE) is a company engaged in energy resources, by utilizing geothermal energy (geothermal) into electrical energy, otherwise known as Geothermal Power Plant (GPP). Status as a state-owned company since December 2011, 60% of the Company's shares are held by PT Pertamina and 30% of shares are held by PT PLN. PT GDE has two operational locations, namely in Patuha, West Java with a 30 MW electricity project and in Dieng, Central Java with a 60 MW electricity project. For the research conducted at PLTP Unit 1 Dieng, Central Java for the realization of CSR for the period 2014. As a company, it will certainly have an impact on people's lives. Therefore, PT. Geo Dipa Energi conducts programs such as: employment, reforestation program, health sector, education sector, economy sector, tourism, infrastructure, culture and others. Based on the results of the evaluation and research conducted, the suggestions given to PT. Geo Dipa Energi in implementing the Community development Program, as a consideration for the Company in improving the implementation of the Comdev Program for the coming period, namely :
- PT Geo Dipa Energi needs special staff to handle CSR issues
- Cooperation policies with vendors to be more considered and tightened
- PT Geo Dipa Energi does not only communicate with the Village Apparatus in the Comdev program, but also with the community.
- In the realization of a program, PT Geo Dipa Energi should be open about the details of the costs incurred
- With regard to the issue of employment, the Company must have a high degree of openness.
- Comdev related to reforestation must be carried out in cooperation with the Government through the relevant Office, so that maintenance and success can be guaranteed.
