KAJIAN PROSES BLENDING PENGAPALAN BIJIH NIKEL DI SITE MORONOPO PT ANTAM TBK UBPN PROVINSI MALUKU UTARA

Abstract

PT Aneka Tambang is a state-owned company that aims to develop the national mining business, especially nickel. At this time PT. Antam Tbk's North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit has each mining location: on Pakal Island, Tanjung Buli and Moronopo as well as one inactive mining location on Ge Island. Mining Business Permit Area PT. Antam Tbk North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit is located in Buli Village, Maba District, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku. Nickel mining activities at PT. Antam Tbk North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit is carried out using an open pit mining system, namely the Open Cast method. Mining activities use a combination of mechanical equipment Excavator, ADT (Articulated Dump Truck), DT (Dump Truck) and Bulldozer. The blending process is a controlled process of mixing two or more products together, with different specific qualities to produce a product that meets market demand. The proportion of each product is controlled in order to produce a separate single final product with the specific quality desired. From the results of the study, it is known that the market demand for Ni content is 1.65% with a total tonnage of 3200 and the Ni content will be blended on the Yanzte ship: 1.63%, 1.89 %, 1.26%, 1.89%, 1.26%, 1.26%, 1.33%, 1.75%, 1.30%. With a sublot fluctuation limit of ± 0.125% of the desired target.
