Tingkat Aksesibilitas Transportasi Publik di Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Aksesibilitas merupakan faktor utama di dalam pertumbuhan fisik suatu kota. Kawasan-kawasan dengan tingkat aksesibilitas yang tinggi merupakan kawasan dengan tingkat permintaan yang tinggi. Kawasan-kawasan tersebut kemudian akan dialokasikan sesuai dengan prinsip the highest and best use. Hal ini menyebabkan identifikasi terhadap tingkat aksesibilitas di area perkotaan menjadi suatu hal yang penting. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik di Kota Yogyakarta. Pendekatan location based accessibility dipergunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi aksesibilitas transportasi publik di Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kawasan-kawasan yang didominasi oleh aktivitas perdagangan dan jasa merupakan kawasan dengan tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik yang tinggi. Sementara kawasan dengan fungsi dominan permukiman justru merupakan kawasan dengan tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik yang rendah.Downloads
