Abstract

Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Semarang menggunakan website sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi dan layanan bagi masyarakat. Namun, kondisi konten website yang ada di Kabupaten Semarang kurang diupdate dengan baik. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan konten website di Kabupaten Semarang. Model penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada model Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor berkaitan dengan teknologi, organisasi, dan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan konten website di Kabupaten Semarang. Data Survei yang digunakan ditujukan kepada pegawai di Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Semarang yang terkait pengelolaan konten website dengan metode purposive sampling. Perhitungan statistik menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan konten website di Kabupaten Semarang antara lain dorongan masyarakat, koordinasi, sikap dan intention (niat).
