ANALISIS RAB PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH TEMPAT TINGGAL TYPE 120 DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN
Abstract
ABSTRAK
RAB merupakan hasil perhitungan volume seluruh bangunan dikalikan dengan harga satuan pekerjaan masing masing. Untuk membuat RAB diperlukan daftar harga bahan dan daftar harga ongkos tukang atau pekerja yang di sesuaikan dimana bangunan itu didirikan. Tujuan pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk Mengetahui besarnya biaya dalam pembuatan bangunan rumah tempat tinggal tipe 120 di Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah gambar rumah tempat tinggal tipe 120 yang dihitung volumenya dan dibuatkan harga satuan pekerjaan dengan menggunakan rumus SNI No 67 Tahun 2017. Pekerjaan masing masing volume pekerjaan dikalikan harga satuan setiap jenis pekerjaan, kemudian dikalikan menjadi harga Rencana Anggaran Biaya Rumah tempat tinggal tipe 120. Berdasarkan analisa dan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh biaya total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pada pembangunan rumah tempat tinggal tipe 120 di Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah sebesar Rp.409.589.258,33

ABSTRACT
RAB is the result of calculating the volume of all buildings multiplied by the unit price of each work. To make an RAB, it is necessary to list the price of materials and the price list of the cost of the workman or worker according to where the building was erected. The purpose of making the Budget Plan (RAB) to find out the amount of the cost of making a type 120 residential building in the Sleman Regency of Yogyakarta Special Region. The data used is a picture of a type 120 residential house whose volume is calculated and the unit price of work is made using the SNI No 67 of 2017 formula. The work of each work volume is multiplied by the price of each type of work, then multiplied to the price of the Budget Plan for the cost of residence type 120. Based on the analysis and calculation results, a total Budget Plan (RAB) was obtained in the construction of residential houses of type 120 in Sleman Regency of Yogyakarta Special Region amounting to Rp.409.589.258,33
