This study aims to recalculate engine power and torque, determine stable gear ratios, and analyze wheel torque, engine speed, tractive force, and climbing ability of a Honda City Hatchback RS with a manual transmission. The results show that the maximum power of 119 hp at 6,600 rpm aligns with manufacturer specifications, while the maximum torque of 160.93 Nm at 3,400 rpm exceeds the specified value. The stable gear ratios obtained range from 3.461 to 0.726 for first to sixth gear. The results demonstrate that the stable gear ratio provides a more even distribution of torque and vehicle speed compared to the original gear ratio. The analysis indicates that wheel torque decreases as higher gears are engaged, while vehicle speed increases. The tractive force in first gear is calculated at 6,642.68 N, and the vehicle is capable of traversing an incline of up to 27.9°.
