Tingkat Aksesibilitas Transportasi Publik di Wilayah Peri-Urban Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta
Abstract
Pertumbuhan fisik perkotaan perlu untuk diikuti oleh pertumbuhan infrastruktur yang memadahi agar kawasan perkotaan dapat tumbuh secara berkelanjutan. Salah satu bentuk infrastruktur yang perlu untuk dipenuhi adalah infrastruktur transportasi publik yang dapat menciptakan keterhubungan antara pusat-pusat permukiman dan pusat-pusat aktivitas sosial ekonomi, sekaligus acap kali menjadi instrumen untuk mengendalikan pertumbuhan fisik perkotaan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik di wilayah peri-urban di Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan location-based accessibility dengan memanfaatkan teknik analisis spasial untuk mengukur tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik di wilayah peri-urban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat ketimpangan tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik, dimana wilayah yang berada di sisi utara Kota Yogyakarta yakni di Kabupaten Sleman memiliki tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi publik yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan di sisi selatan Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara aksesibilitas transportasi publik dengan konsentrasi populasi di wilayah peri-urban di Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta
