Identifikasi Resiko Kecelakaan Kerja Dengan Metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) di Area Tambang Nikel di PT. Manado Karya Anugrah Site Antam Moronopo Kabupaten Halmahera Timur Provinsi Maluku Utara
Abstract
PT Manado Karya Anugrah is a contractor company engaged in nickel ore mining located in Buli Village, Maba District, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. Every mining activity has a potential hazard, level of risk and results in work accidents, including PT. Manado Karya Anugrah. To avoid and reduce the risks that can occur, risk management is needed, namely by hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) until risk control is carried out to reduce or eliminate this potential. Observation of hazard identification in this study was carried out in Loading, Hauling and Dumping activities to further determine the results of the risk assessment and controls that can be used. From the results of this study in the Loading activity, it was found that the risk level based on the HIRA results had 2 medium risk criteria and 2 high risk criteria. In the Hauling activity, the risk level is obtained based on the HIRA results, 3 criteria for low risk, 2 criteria for medium risk, and 3 criteria for high risk. Dumping activities obtained a risk level based on HIRA results having 2 medium risk criteria, 4 high risk criteria. To ensure the safety and health of workers in addition to risk management at PT. Manado Karya Anugrah is expected to be able to make improvements to the Loading, Hauling and Dumping areas that have the potential to cause danger and pay more attention to the implementation of occupational safety and health programs.
