POTENSI LIKUIFAKSI PADA PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG DI DESA TRIHARJO, WATES, KULON PROGO, D.I. YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
One of the dangers of following an earthquake is liquefaction. considering these geological conditions, the government of D.I. Yogyakarta consider and the risks by undertaking mitigation efforts, one of which is by assessing the potential for liquefaction hazards in the Yogyakarta Hajj Embarkation development plan in Triharjo Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency. This study aims to determine the characteristics of alluvial deposits on the potential for liquefaction in the planning of building construction. The method used is a deterministic and probabilistic. Data used are geoelectric data, groundwater table, SPT drill results, Granulometry and soil mechanics tests. Based on research, it shows the safety factor against liquefaction of layer 1 (0-1m) critical FS at Mw 3.7, layer 2 (1–6m) critical FS at Mw 4.5, layer 3 (6–9 m) critical FS. at Mw 3.8, layer 4 (9–13 m) critical FS at Mw 3.5 and layer 5 (13–20 m) critical FS at Mw 3.0. Interpreting the liquefaction of the area, in the development of this area, it is necessary to pay attention to the earthquake hazard and the liquefaction hazard.
